Spin to HIIT & Everything in Between!


I have always suffered from anxiety concerning working out and lifting weights at the gym. For years, I was only a runner but when I felt that plateau, I started lifting on my own, but I guessed at which machines to use and got in and out of the gym with hopefully nobody noticing me.



Everything changed when Carol started to train me. Carol has many strengths as a trainer and you’ll receive many benefits from her expertise. First, she is incredibly upbeat & optimistic, removing all of the anxiety from working out because she trains from the side, often working out along side her clients as opposed to ordering you what to do. She is creative & innovative designing unique training routines to target different areas and goals; you’ll never have a chance to plateau or become bored because she’s always changing the routine to keep it fresh.

Carol is multi-talented: she can design cardio workout routines as well as strength training; she can also teach HIIT and Spin courses. And, perhaps, most significantly, she has instilled the confidence in me to not only feel confident walking out on the gym floor and lift weights, designing my own workouts, but also to share what I have learned with others.



I wouldn’t be where I am on my fitness journey without Carol’s support and guidance!
